Booking Policy

•  Deposit: A $40 non-refundable deposit is required within 12 hours of booking to secure your spot. If not received, your appointment will be cancelled. I will text you after booking to collect this.
• Once booked, please reach out via @goldenhourfacials on instagram and let me know via DM as I'd like to put a face to the name.
•  Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
•  Late Policy: Communication is key! I am usually flexible, but arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be cancelled.
•  Guests: No extra guests are allowed during your service to ensure a relaxing environment.
•  Accepted Payments: Zelle and Cash.
• TRAVEL FEE $65/ Home , $150/ Hotel
• If a in home appointment is booked, proof a clean space via picture or videochat is required within 12 hours of booking.
